Welcome to the 14th World Conference on Sport for All. With relation to the application for registration, please read the following information carefully.

Information
Hosted by the Chinese Olympic Committee and the Beijing Municipal Government, the 14th World Conference on Sport for All, which is being organized by the Beijing Olympic City Development Association (BODA), will take place in the city of Beijing, the People¡¯s Republic of China, from 20 to 23 September 2011. The World Conference on Sport for All is one of the important conferences of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). It will bring together interested parties from the world of sport, universities, NGOs, governments and intergovernmental organizations. Discussions will take place in plenary, parallel sessions and workshops.

Procedure of Application for Registration

All participants must submit an application for registration.
1 Registration for speakers and authors of abstracts
Invited speakers and authors whose abstracts are accepted may go through the registration process by logging on to the registration system for the Conference. Speakers and authors are kindly requested to finish the registration process by 1 August, 2011.

2 Registration process for all participants:
The applicant is requested to submit an application for registration and to provide personal information as required. Although the final registration deadline is 15 August, it is highly recommended to initiate the process as early as possible in order to allow enough time for the visa application process to be completed and also to secure hotel reservations.
Before 15 August 2011 (1 August 2011 for speakers and authors), the applicant should complete and finalize the registration process by adding and updating all requested information and paying the registration fee.

The deadline for registration is 15 August 2011.

Channels for Registration
The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for the 14th World Conference on Sport for All will provide all applicants with two (2) channels to submit an application and to complete the registration process.
On-Line Registration. Applicants will complete registration by logging on to the On-Line Registration interface and submitting the required information to the LOC on a real time basis. Or,
Off-Line Registration. Applicants may download a registration table (Microsoft Excel format) and return it to the LOC by uploading, or via e-mail, after completing it on a local computer.

Update and complete the Registration
Upon receipt of the first registration data, the LOC will send a confirmation e-mail to each applicant, which will include a username and code, with which, if necessary, the applicant can modify and update her/his information in the registration system and complete the final registration.
Please note: The deadline for registration is 15 August 2011.

Final Confirmation
After completing the registration process and payment of the registration fee, participants will receive a final Confirmation Letter (namely the official Invitation Letter to the Conference) from the LOC.
